Here you will find reports and photos relating to past meetings.

The subject of our February meeting was 'Archaeology of the Lincoln Eastern Bypass' when Ruben Lopez, the lead archaeologist gave a video and slide presentation on this project which uncovered almost 200,000 artefacts some dating as far back 4,000 BC.  Other finds which were illustrated included a rare Bronze Age oak-log boat, a Roman Villa complex and one of the UK's largest known Mid-Saxon Christian cemeteries dating back to c700AD.'
