In addition to our monthly indoor meetings, each year we have a number of outings, both full day to places as far afield as Derbyshire, West Midlands, Northamptonshire etc. and half day/evenings more locally to Newark, Nottingham, Lincoln etc.  Visits are to a variety of places including historical sites, museums, National Trust properties and gardens and other places of interest.
